Michelle Castillon currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Med-Metrix, beginning in January 2024. Prior experience includes over 14 years at Conifer Health Solutions, where roles ranged from Vice President of AR Operations, overseeing billing and collection for hospital clients, to Vice President of Product Line Management, responsible for service line product development and strategy. Additionally, Michelle held the position of Senior Director of Value Realization, leading teams focused on A/R process improvement and billing integrity, and Director of IT Strategic Initiatives, guiding revenue cycle operation assessments and system enhancements. Earlier in the career, Michelle worked as a Manager of Business Process Innovation at Tenet Healthcare, managing the department responsible for operational process needs and system enhancements. Educational background includes studies at Georgia Southern University between 1990 and 1992.
