Miguel Rios DeLeon is a Customer Service Engineer at Med-Lab Supply Co. Inc. since April 2017, where responsibilities include selling a wide variety of electronics and providing customers with updates on new products and advancements. Prior experience includes a role at TDX Tech from July 2012 to January 2013, providing technical support and customer service for Western Union point of sales sites throughout Puerto Rico, along with administering training for updates and performing onsite marketing tasks. Miguel holds an Associate's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Puerto Rico-Recinto de San Juan (2010-2013) and an Associate's degree in Computer Installation and Repair Technology/Technician from Universal Career Community College Inc (2010-2012).
