Lenard Backs currently serves as Vorstandsreferent at Med 360° since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Trainee im Krankenhausmanagement at Sana Kliniken from April 2022 to June 2023, and positions as Fitnesstrainer and Studioleiter at Tatkraft Fitness between January 2020 and March 2022. Lenard Backs is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree in Wirtschaftsrecht at IU International University of Applied Sciences, expected to be completed in April 2024. Previously, Lenard Backs earned an MBA in Sport- und Gesundheitsmanagement from Universität des Saarlandes and a BA in Fitnessökonomie from Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement. An IHK-Abschluss in Sport- und Fitnesskaufmann was obtained from BBS am Pottgraben in June 2016.
