Daniel Simon has extensive experience in medical IT and application support, with significant roles spanning over two decades. Currently an Anwendungsbetreuer at Med 360° since June 2014, Daniel has previously worked at Memotech GmbH, where responsibilities included IT service operations such as client migration and incident management. Prior to that, as an Anwendungsspezialist at opta data Gruppe, Daniel provided first and second level support and managed database queries. Earlier roles included IT hardware support and application specialist positions at VISI/ONE and Ärzteservice Bergisch Land, with responsibilities in hotline support, training, and system installations. Daniel’s professional journey began at ARZT und COMPUTER, focusing on support and implementation for medical practices.
