Shelby Foil is a Controls Engineering Specialist at MECO, where responsibilities include developing, testing, and implementing Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk View ME & SE programs, as well as creating systems architecture drawings in collaboration with internal teams. Prior to this role, Shelby served as a Field Service Technician, managing maintenance, upgrades, and commissioning of customer equipment while troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC and FactoryTalk View programs. Earlier experience includes working as an Electrician at Express Employment Professionals, overseeing electrical system changes and assembling control panels. Shelby began a career in engineering as an intern at Intralox, where project work involved designing safety enclosures and test fixtures for robotics. Shelby Foil holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Southeastern Louisiana University.
