Anthony Trotman currently serves as the Deputy County Manager and Consolidated Human Services Agency Director for Mecklenburg County, overseeing health and human services functions with approximately 3,200 employees and a $400 million budget since September 2015. With extensive experience in managing large teams and substantial budgets in the public service sector, Trotman possesses a solid educational foundation, holding a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University and a certificate in Project Management from Boston University.
