Anthony Trotman currently serves as the Deputy County Manager and Consolidated Human Services Agency Director for Mecklenburg County, overseeing health and human services functions with approximately 3,200 employees and a $400 million budget since September 2015. Prior to this role, Trotman held various leadership positions, including Director of the Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services, Chief of Staff at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, and Assistant Director for Franklin County. With extensive experience in managing large teams and substantial budgets in the public service sector, Trotman possesses a solid educational foundation, holding a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University and a certificate in Project Management from Boston University.
