Dan Boykin is an experienced financial professional with a comprehensive background in credit risk management and training. Currently retired since May 2020, Boykin served as Senior Vice President and Credit Risk Manager at Mechanics Bank from July 2016 onwards. Previously, Boykin held key roles at Union Bank of California as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, overseeing significant credit portfolios, and at City National Bank, managing credit activities for Northern California. Boykin also contributed to the development of credit training programs as Principal at Boykin Associates and held various positions at Bank of America and other financial institutions, building a robust expertise in credit analysis, commercial lending, and asset management over a career spanning several decades.
