Will Morris has worked at Mechanical Sales since 2009. Will started as a Technical Inside Sales Intern and eventually became a Sales Engineer. In September 2019, they were promoted to Vice President, which is their current position.

Will Morris obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Following this, in 2013, they completed a 14-week Applied HVAC Sales Engineering Training program called the Daikin Applied Graduate Engineer Training Program. In terms of formal education, Morris also earned an Associates of Applied Science degree from Southeast Community College-Milford in 2013. During this time, they specialized in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology.
