Josh Shirley is a seasoned quality control professional with extensive experience in welding inspection and management. Currently serving as the Quality Control Manager at Mechanical Construction Services Inc. since August 2021, Josh previously held the position of Senior Welding Inspector at TC Energy from January 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included managing a team of up to 20 inspectors and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Prior roles include Welding Inspector at Enbridge Pipelines, where Josh oversaw adherence to API 1104 codes, and Welding Instructor at Day & Zimmermann, focusing on practical and technical welding applications.
