Joshua Ayer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and automotive services. Currently a Project Engineer at MEB since March 2023, Joshua previously held various engineering roles at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc., including Engineering Technician 4 and Supervisor, managing teams and overseeing machinery installations with a focus on precision and classified materials. Prior experience includes roles as a Parts Specialist and Lot Attendant at Casey Auto Group, and a Vinyl Graphic Technician at Lucky 13 Signs and Graphics, where Joshua contributed to design and installation projects. Joshua began an automotive career at Hall Automotive Group as an Automotive Technician, progressing from apprenticeship to diagnosing complex vehicle issues. Joshua holds a degree in Automotive Technology and Performance from NASCAR Technical Institute and a high school diploma from Smithfield High School.
