Julian Bonn's work experience begins in 2015 at Kofler Energies, where they worked as a Project and Sales Engineer for Efficiency Engineering until December 2016. In 2017, they joined Dinkelacker-Schwaben Bräu GmbH & Co. KG, initially as the Head of Energy and Environment from January to June, and then as the Head of Maintenance and Energy from July 2017 to March 2020. Beginning in April 2020, Julian worked as the Head of Technical Infrastructure at Bitburger Braugruppe until August 2022. Their most recent role is as Co-Founder and Managing Director of MeatApp, a marketplace that focuses on bringing the best of the German butchery craft to customers' tables.
Julian Bonn attended Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen from 2007 to 2013, where they earned a degree in Umwelttechnik (Environmental Engineering) with the title Dipl.-Ing. (FH). Julian then pursued a Master of Science degree in Nachwachsende Rohstoffe und Erneuerbare Energien (Renewable Resources and Renewable Energies) from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg, which they completed in 2015.
