Vincent P. has extensive experience in contract management and engineering within the construction and maintenance sectors. Currently serving as Contracts Manager and Gas and M&E Manager at Mears Group PLC since 2016, Vincent P. oversees the operations of multiple contracts, focusing on financial management, staff productivity, and compliance. Prior to this, Vincent P. held the position of Contracts Manager at Euro Contracts from May 2015 to May 2016, where active client liaison and participation in strategic meetings were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include Electrical QS/Supervisor from 2008 to 2015 at Environmental Property Services, Mears LTD, and Mitie, where proficiency in various operating systems was developed, alongside supervising projects. Vincent P. began the career as an Electrical engineer and followed through as an Electrical apprentice from 2002, gaining hands-on experience and training others in the field.
