Alissia Liivak is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Meander since July 2023, where responsibilities include developing strategic plans for customer success and collaborating on marketing campaigns and educational events. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Success Manager and Customer Solutions Expert at Pipedrive from October 2018 to July 2023, and various managerial positions in the hospitality sector, such as Front of House Manager at Kau Manor Boutique Hotel and Restaurant, R&B Supervisor at St Giles House Boutique Hotel, and Restaurant and Bar Manager at Tatlers Restaurant. Alissia holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Hospitality Administration and Licensed Retail Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
