Patrick Zameroski SPHR has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Patrick most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Meadville Forging Group since June 2013. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resource Manager at Belden Inc. from October 2010 to May 2013. From 2003 to 2009, they were the Human Resource Manager at Lamson Pipe Company, where they supported a sister plant in addition to their primary role. Patrick also has experience as a Human Resource Manager at Copeland Corporation from December 1997 to November 2002. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Truck-Lite Company Inc, Haysite Reinforced Plastics (Division of Alco Industries Inc), Singer-American Meter Co., and American Meter Company (Division of Singer Corp).

Patrick Zameroski SPHR completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Gannon University, where they studied from 1973 to 1977. Patrick also obtained an additional Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Gannon College. In 2006, Patrick received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
