Alexandra Bishop is an experienced pastry cook with a strong background in the culinary field, currently working at Meadowood Napa Valley since May 2017 and The Carneros Inn since September 2016. Previous roles include pastry cook at Bottega Napa Valley and with Farmers Restaurant Group, as well as a student in Baking and Pastry Arts at The Culinary Institute of America, where Alexandra earned an Associate in Occupational Studies. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Ohio Wesleyan University and has also gained additional experience in hospitality services.
