James Krotki CPCU began their work experience in 2009 as a Marketing Program Manager at Meadowbrook Insurance Group, Inc. James held this position for eight years until 2017. In May 2017, they became the President of Meadowbrook Insurance Agency, Inc.

James Krotki CPCU holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Fairfield University. In addition, they have also obtained a CPCU designation from The Institutes CPCU Society, specializing in Insurance.
