Maria Fernanda Nava Ocampo is a skilled Product Manager specializing in Water Management at MEA Group GmbH since March 2024. Previously, as a Consultant for Greening Arabia at KAUST Center for Desert Agriculture from April 2022 to June 2023, Maria led cross-functional teams to develop sustainable water production and distribution initiatives in Saudi Arabia. Maria's extensive research experience includes a PhD and Master's degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from KAUST, where groundbreaking work on biofouling mitigation in membrane desalination was conducted. Earlier roles included a research assistantship at Instituto de Investigaciones Biomedicas UNAM, where lab protocols were standardized, and an internship at Roche focused on regulatory document management.
