Sonia Ferrer has extensive experience in financial management and compliance, currently serving as Controller at ME&A, Inc. since February 2022, where oversight of the company's financial portfolio is a primary responsibility. Prior roles include Director of Finance and Compliance at Palladium, managing a $249 million USAID project, and various leadership positions at Chemonics International, including Director of Field Accounting and Support and Director of Compliance and Administration. Sonia's career began at Management Systems International as an Internal Auditor and included a key role as Chief Accountant/Budget Analyst at USAID. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Dela Salle Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Philippine School of Business Administration.
