Mark Hanson is a Senior Public Relations Representative at MDU Resources Group, Inc., since August 2005, where responsibilities include public relations, media relations, and communications for a utility group serving nearly 1.2 million customers across eight states. Prior to this role, Mark worked at Odney Advertising Agency from 2004 to 2005, providing public relations services for various clients, including North Dakota Tourism. Mark's experience in the newspaper industry spans over 20 years, with roles including reporter, sportswriter, sports editor, city editor, and editor at multiple daily newspapers in North Dakota. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of North Dakota, completed between 1983 and 1986.
