Cary Garner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and management within the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors. Currently serving as VP of Business Development at MDS Pharma Services since September 2006, Garner oversees global new business initiatives in the Pharmacology/DMPK services area. Prior roles include President at Cambridge Consulting Group, where strategic consulting services were provided, and VP & GM at PAREXEL International, responsible for new business procurement and P&L management for clinical trial projects. Garner held additional leadership positions at Oread, Inc. and TSI Corporation, with a focus on operational management and business development in life sciences. Garner's career began at Abbott Laboratories as Regional Manager. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
