Julie Instone-Cowie has a diverse work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Julie started their career in 1984 as an Analyst/Programmer at St Regis Paper & Packaging, where they worked until 1987. Julie then moved on to Springleader Business Systems as an Analyst/Programmer for a short period of time.

In 1987, Julie joined H J Enthoven as a Systems Analyst and stayed with the company until 1989. During this time, they also worked at EXCPT Ltd as a Systems Analyst, where they developed and supported warehouse management and payroll systems.

From 1994 to 1995, they worked at EASAMS as a Systems Analyst. Julie then joined INTEC for Business Ltd as a Technical Consultant from 1995 to 1996. Here, they developed interface mechanisms and project managed projects for various clients.

In 1996, Julie joined Independent Insurance Ltd as a Senior Analyst/Programmer. Julie'stime there was brief, as they transitioned to MDS Global in 1997. At MDS Global, they initially served as a Senior Project Manager and then progressed to the role of Head of MIS/Programme Portfolio Manager in 2010.

Throughout their career, Julie has demonstrated a strong skill set in project management, systems analysis, programming, and technical consultation.
