Madoka Okada has over 20 years of work experience in the fields of product design, UX/UI design, interface design, Qigong training, digital art direction, and web design. Madoka has held various positions such as Senior UX/UI Designer, UI Designer, Digital Art Director, Interface Designer, Qigong Trainer, Web Designer, and Teacher of "Web and Multimedia Design". Her most recent position was as a Product Designer at MDOTM Ltd since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior UX/UI Designer and UI Designer at Fabrick from 2017-2022, a Qigong Trainer at Qigong Gentile ASD from 2014-2017, an Interface Designer and Digital Art Director at Enter S.r.l. from 2009-2014, a Qigong Trainer at the Municipality of Cavenago Brianza from 2011-2014, an Interface & Graphic Designer at MediaXat Gruppo MiniVegas from 2007-2009, an Interface Designer and Art Director at Didael KTS from 2002-2007, a Teacher of "Web and Multimedia Design" at Istituto Rizzoli from 2003-2007, and a Web Designer at Alfaproject.net S.r.l. from 2001-2002.

Madoka Okada has a diverse educational background. Madoka obtained a high school diploma from Istituto Statale d'Arte in 1992-1997. Madoka then earned a Master's degree in Industrial Design from Politecnico di Milano in 1997-2002. Madoka also obtained a Qigong trainer's diploma from Zhineneg Qigong - Pang Ming in 2002-2006. From 2006-2008, they studied 6 Daoyin, Tajiwuxigong at the Buqi Institute dei Maestri Shen Hongxun e Shen Jin. From 2008-2011, they received a Trainer 1nd level in Qi Gong Medico Salutistico from the Li Xiao Ming School of Medical Health Qi Gong. From 2011-2014, they obtained a Trainer 2nd level in Qi Gong Medico Salutistico from the same school. Finally, they completed a Course on Energy Nutrition according to TCM at Scuola Tao in 2014-2018.
