Francesco Genta began their career in 2006 as Responsabile Tecnico at EL.CO. Srl, where they were responsible for defining the architecture and choosing life cycle management tools for healthcare applications. Francesco also verified the application of technologies, best practices, and versioning, build, and release tools by the development teams, while monitoring the quality of the software produced in terms of vulnerability, maintainability, and resilience. Francesco also supervised research and development activities and the training of technical personnel. In 2022, they moved to MDOTM Ltd as a Senior Software Developer, where they were involved in the design and development of healthcare software.

Francesco Genta obtained a Maturità scientifica from Istituto tecnico industriale Galileo Ferraris Savona between 1996 and 2001. Francesco then attended Politecnico di Torino between 2001 and 2005, but did not obtain a degree. In 2010, they obtained a Cintura nera 4° Dan from Tamashii Ryu. In 2013, they obtained a C100DEV: MongoDB Certified Developer Associate from MongoDB. Finally, in 2015, they obtained a PRINCE2 Foundation certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
