Roby has experience in capital raising (finding the most-effective source of capital), debt valuation for refinancing & restructuring, and optimizing capital structure. As the CFO & Shared Service of MDI Ventures of MDI Ventures, he is responsible for ensuring that all company activities, including finance, human capital, corporate secretary, and portfolio valuation align with the company's objectives. Before joining MDI Ventures, Roby was a Director of Corporate Finance & Shared Service at PT Multimedia Nusantara (TelkomMetra) since October 2016. He also served as Commissioner at TelkomMetra (2016), Secretary of Pension Fund Supervisory Board of Telkom (2010-2013).

He acquired Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Telkom in 1996 and Magister Degree in Finance from Telkom University Bandung in 2017. In 2009 he received the Professional Certification of CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and was entrusted as a grader for CFA Exam Level-3.
