Ingrid Plag has extensive experience in management and consultancy roles, particularly in the fields of organisational development, health economics, and sustainability. Currently, Ingrid serves as the Director of MDF Global at MDF Training & Consultancy since October 2012, where the focus is on empowering individuals and creating impactful contributions for clients. Prior to this role, Ingrid was the Director of MDF West Africa and played a pivotal role as a founding and managing director, overseeing various training and consultancy initiatives. Ingrid's earlier experience includes leadership in external relations and acquisition at MDF and a senior advisory position in sustainability and renewable energy at Nuon NV. A strong background in health systems development was established through significant roles at KIT-Royal Tropical Institute, where Ingrid contributed to numerous international health programmes. Ingrid holds a Master's degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a foundational degree from Maastricht University.
