Jack Cleverly is a Project Manager at MDF Development since July 2023. Previously, Jack founded Custom Lux from July 2021 to June 2023, focused on residential redevelopment and renovation. Prior to that, Jack worked as a Senior Real Estate Analyst at INCA Capital from October 2019 to May 2023, where Jack underwrote real estate loans and assisted in funding over $250 million. Jack also has experience as a Market Research Analyst at Meritage Homes and has interned at Marcus & Millichap, Ilivetheretoo LLC, and INCA Capital. Jack holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Miami.
