Rick Michael has a vast experience in business development, capture management, and federal partner management. Rick currently serves as the Director of Business Development at MDC, LLC where Rick is dedicated to improving performance to better serve the Government. Throughout their career, Rick has worked in various roles in companies such as AFSC/Magellan Federal, MicroPact, RLM Consulting, Copper River IT, and more. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland.
