Zixuan Wang is currently an Undergraduate Data Assistant at UC Berkeley SafeTREC and a Software Engineer Intern at Hyphenova Network, both starting in September 2024. Zixuan also serves as the VP of Operations and Mobile Developer at MDB, focusing on developing a React Native app for the non-profit organization Safe Path Prosperity. Previous experience includes serving on the Startup Spring Committee for the Society of Women Engineers and working as Edge Sensing at EnableTech, where research involved iPhone LiDAR sensors and the design of a wheelchair attachment for detecting elevation changes. In 2023, Zixuan was an Academic Intern for the CS10 introductory programming course at UC Berkeley. Educational background includes pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley, and attaining a High School Diploma through the International Baccalaureate program at Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong. Additional studies include a Pre-college Program at Brown University in Nanotechnology and summer sessions at the American International School of Guangzhou and UCLA.
