Joe McCord has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Joe co-founded MDaaS in 2016 and currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain and Global Partnerships. Prior to this, they worked as a Supply Chain Technical Advisor at JSI | John Snow, Inc. starting from November 2016. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Senior Analyst at Staples, specializing in supply chain analytics. Joe worked at John Snow, Inc. as a Technical Advisor from 2009 to 2014. Joe also served as a Teaching Assistant at the Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2009. Joe began their career as an Intern in International Operations at the US Postal Service in 2008.

Joe McCord earned a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2015. Prior to that, between 2005 and 2009, they attended the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree. Their areas of study during their undergraduate years were Supply Chain Management and International Business.
