Janika Narag is an experienced Business Systems Analyst currently employed at MDA National since June 2021. Previously, Janika served as a System Analyst at Jetstar Airways from February 2019 to June 2021, focusing on compliance-related initiatives, including PCI, IT Internal Audits, and Cyber Security. Prior to that, Janika worked at AIG from July 2008 to July 2018, acting as the Primary Liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team while specializing in various Insurance Lines of Business and utilizing BABOK methodologies for requirements elicitation and analysis. Janika began the professional journey at Touchstar Products Inc. as a System Analyst from October 2006 to June 2008, facilitating communication between clients and the development team. Janika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from De La Salle University, obtained in 2006.
