Sean Dinwiddie, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare recruiting and business development. As the Founder of Motivate Beyond Bounds LLC since March 2024, Sean is dedicated to empowering athletes through faith-driven support and promoting inclusivity for individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Currently serving as the Director of Healthcare Recruiting at MD Staff Pointe, Sean implements talent acquisition strategies and cultivates relationships with physicians to enhance patient care. Previous roles include Senior Healthcare Recruiter at MD Staff Pointe and Senior Director of Territory Account Management at Vaco, among others, with a strong background in sales and recruitment across various healthcare and business sectors.
