Sara Gierloff is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in property management and accounting. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at MD Squared Property Group, LLC since October 2022, Sara has held senior positions in various organizations, including Vice President of Property Management Accounting at Douglas Elliman Property Management from October 2015 to February 2022, and Vice President of Operations at Ironstate Development for a brief period in 2015. Prior to these roles, Sara was the Senior Vice President of Financial Management at FirstService Residential New York from November 2008 to February 2015 and spent over two decades at Wilkin & Guttenplan as an Accountant/Auditor. Sara holds an AAS degree in accounting from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill and studied at SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
