Ivano Pagliarello is a seasoned professional at MD Financial Management with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and business transformation. Since May 2006, Ivano has held the role of Senior Manager Strategic Initiatives, leading organizational projects and overseeing a team of analysts. Prior roles include Technology Business Partner, where Ivano developed client relationships to align departmental strategies with enterprise goals, and Business Lead on an $80M business transformation project for a new brokerage platform. Earlier experience from 2001 to 2005 includes managing a service-oriented team as TradeCentre Manager, providing consulting as a Practice Management Consultant, and enhancing processes as a Senior Business Analyst. Ivano holds a B.Comm in Finance from Carleton University and has obtained the Chartered Financial Planner designation from the Financial Planning Standards Council.
