Cara Power is a leadership and career coach, positive psychology practitioner, and integrative nutrition health coach with extensive experience in coaching, training, and consulting. Since founding Cara Power Coaching in March 2014, Cara has transformed the lives of clients ranging from first-time managers to C-Suite executives through an energetic and action-oriented approach. Currently serving as a group facilitator at Chief and as a coach and consultant at Impact Consulting LLC, Cara specializes in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as well as leadership development. Additional roles include leadership coaching at Sayge and Paradox of Leadership, a volunteer leadership coach at MCW Global, and having previously directed development and operations at Savvy Ladies. A seasoned professional, Cara has held managing roles at SJL Attorney Search and American Express, in addition to directing fundraising efforts for Young Survival Coalition. Cara holds a BSBA in Marketing from American University and a MAT in International Telecommunications from George Mason University.
