Youstina Mobarak is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at MCV - Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles, with experience dating back to September 2014 in recruitment and human resources. Prior roles include Senior Recruitment Specialist at Top Business Group, where responsibilities included handling recruitment requests across the UAE and the Middle East for various levels and functions, as well as conducting candidate searches using multiple resources. Earlier experience as an HR Generalist at Hotel Beirut involved supervising employees and coordinating activities across departments. Youstina holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Cardiff Metropolitan University, along with Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources Management and Services, and general Business Administration from the same institution and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, respectively. Education was completed with a High School Diploma from St. Joseph’s Language School in Cairo.
