Claire-Louise McSherry has over 15 years of experience in executive search and recruitment. Claire-Louise is currently the Founder and Managing Director of McSherry Brown, a business focused on the growth and start-up community in the tech and FinTech sectors. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Director in the Technology Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates from 2021 to 2023. From 2008 to 2021, they were the Owner and Director of McSherry Brown, a global executive search and interim firm specializing in identifying and recruiting executive and board-level leaders in the financial services and technology sectors. Before that, they worked as the Director and Head of Practice - Technology at The Trafalgar Partnership from 2004 to 2008. Claire-Louise McSherry has demonstrated expertise in quickly and discreetly pinpointing exceptional talent from around the world to drive significant change in organizations.

Claire-Louise McSherry holds a BA Hons degree in Geography & Environmental Policy from London South Bank University.
