Diane Harden CPA is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in healthcare finance. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at MCR Health, Inc. since July 2023, Diane previously held similar roles at Arboreta Healthcare Inc. and UF Health Central Florida, where responsibilities included managing financial statements, revenue cycle management, and overseeing audits. With a background spanning several major healthcare systems such as DeKalb Medical now Emory Healthcare and UT Medical Center, Diane has consistently driven revenue improvement initiatives and played pivotal roles in mergers and acquisitions. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Central Florida.
