Nathan Hand is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in CNC programming and manufacturing within the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Programming at McQuillen Manufacturing since December 2023, Nathan leads a team dedicated to producing complex machined parts while prioritizing quality. Previously, Nathan was the Owner of Datum Works from March 2020 to December 2023, where a range of services including manufacturing engineering and Siemens NX training were provided. Prior roles include CNC Programmer, Machinist, and Engineer at McQuillen Manufacturing and Delphi Technologies, as well as CNC Programmer and Machinist at D.P. Tool & Machine, Inc. Nathan holds an Associate's degree in Machine Tool Technology from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.
