Bapiraju Nandury has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Bapiraju started their career as an Architect at Arnit Infotech Limited from 2000 to 2002. Bapiraju then joined ThoughtWorks as a Senior Developer and later took on roles such as Business Analyst, Database Administrator, Iteration Manager, and Agile Coach from 2002 to 2005.

In 2005, Nandury joined IBM India Private Limited as a Senior Product Development Manager, where they played a key role in setting up their R&D Center in Bangalore. Bapiraju handled multiple responsibilities, including hiring, mentoring, coaching, scaling, and transitioning projects to India.

Within IBM, Nandury also held positions such as Leader of Cloud Systems Software, Program Director for Power Systems Software, and Program Director for Cloud and Cognitive Software. In these roles, they contributed to the establishment of the product development team for the Cloud Systems Software division and led the delivery of cloud and cognitive software solutions.

Currently, Bapiraju Nandury is the Managing Director for India and Vice President of Product Delivery at MCO (MyComplianceOffice) starting from May 2023.
