Lauren Griffiths, SHRM-CP, currently holds the position of People Operations Administrative Manager at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, starting in September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Stephenson Equipment, Inc. from February 2022 to September 2023, and previously as a Human Resources Generalist at HB McClure Company and UCP Central PA. Lauren has also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Select Medical and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Drayer Physical Therapy Institute. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Public Relations from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and training at ICADS - Institute for Central American Developmental Studies.
