Paul Benedetti has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Paul'smost recent role was as the Director of Corporate Sourcing at McNairn Packaging, where they began working in March 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Supply Chain at Cube Packaging Solutions Inc. from January 2016 to March 2019. Paul also held the position of Director of Purchasing and Logistics at Gracious Living Innovations from January 2009 to December 2015 and at CPI Plastics Group Ltd from April 2005 to January 2009. Before that, they worked as the Divisional Materials Manager at Progressive Moulded Products from December 2002 to April 2005. In addition, they gained valuable experience at Ford Electronics Manufacturing Corp (Visteon) where they held multiple roles, including Industrial Engineering Manager, Visteon Production System Manager, Incoming Material Process Manager, Quality and Environmental Manager, Buyer, and Sr. Transportation and Customs Analyst from April 1989 to December 2002. Prior to that, they were the Distributor Manager at Ault Foods from December 1982 to January 1989 and the Quality Manager at Silverwood Dairies from September 1980 to December 1982.

Paul Benedetti attended the University of Toronto from an unknown start year until 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Starting in 1985 and ending in 1988, they attended the Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation (CITT), earning a degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management known as CCLP. In 1994, they attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, for an unspecified duration and completed a program in Advanced SPC. From 1994 to 1996, they attended The Logistics Institute, focusing on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, and obtained a degree called P.Log. Lastly, in 1996, they attended the Lean Enterprise System Design Institute at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, without completing a degree.
