Ron Cardwell is an experienced legal professional specializing in environmental, regulatory, administrative, and real estate law. Currently a Member (Partner) at Nexsen Pruet, LLC since July 2013, Cardwell advises clients on various legal matters. Prior to this role, significant experience includes serving as a Shareholder at McNair Law Firm since September 2004, focusing on environmental and administrative law, and representation in OSHA cases. Cardwell also held Shareholder positions at Cardwell Conner, PC (2001-2004) and Ogletree Deakins (1989-2001), with a strong emphasis on environmental law. Earlier in the career, Cardwell was Assistant Group Counsel at W. R. Grace & Co. (1982-1989), representing a Fortune 500 company in environmental and regulatory issues. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Memphis State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Mississippi.
