Leila P. Guillen, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Real Estate Accounting Manager at McNair Interests, where responsibilities include overseeing daily accounting and financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of real estate investments and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate financial documentation. Prior to this role, Leila held multiple positions at BDO USA, LLP, including Sr. Audit Manager and Experienced Audit Manager, where key duties involved identifying audit risks and analyzing financial statements. Leila also gained extensive audit experience at UHY LLP and Melton & Melton, LLP, focusing on various industries including oil and gas. Earlier in their career, at NASA Johnson Space Center, Leila streamlined administrative procedures and received a prestigious Secretarial Excellence Award. Leila holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
