Connie Grahn has extensive experience in client services and account management within the medical consulting and claims management industries. Since 2009, Connie has worked at Medical Consultants Network, where responsibilities include screening completed reviews for compliance and accuracy while fostering client relationships. Previously, as a Senior Account Manager, Connie managed two of the company's largest accounts, strengthening connections with claims professionals. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Florida Claims Management and GENEX Services, LLC, where Connie coordinated independent medical examinations (IMEs) and was integral in establishing the IME department in Tampa. Connie holds a degree from the University of Tampa.
