Brian Grant has extensive work experience in the field of Psychiatry, starting in 1982 with their private medical practice. Brian has also been involved in forensic assessments in civil and criminal matters. In 1985, they founded Medical Consultants Network (MCN) and served in various leadership roles until its sale in 2018. Brian continues to support MCN as a consultant and serves as the Medical Director. Additionally, Brian Grant has served on the board of Classical KING FM 98.1 and the Seattle Symphony and Seattle Symphony Foundation.

Brian Grant's education history includes several notable achievements. Brian began their academic journey in 1970 at the University of Michigan, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors. During their time at the university, they focused on History of Ideas and Pre-Medical Studies.

In 1974, Grant furthered their medical studies at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. Here, they pursued a degree in Medicine, earning their MD by 1978. This foundational education laid the groundwork for their future medical career.

Following their medical studies, Grant embarked on an Internship and Residency at the University of Washington - School of Medicine from 1978 to 1982. During this period, they received comprehensive training in General Medical Internship and Residency, specifically focusing on Adult Psychiatry.

After years of honing their medical expertise, Grant decided to broaden their skillset by pursuing a degree in General Management. In 2006, they enrolled at the prestigious Harvard Business School, where they completed the Owner/President Management (OPM) program in 2008. This program enhanced their abilities in strategic decision-making and leadership in the business world.

Throughout their academic journey, Brian Grant demonstrated a commitment to professional growth and a diverse range of interests, weaving together a multifaceted foundation of knowledge and skills.
