Kelly Higgins has over 25 years of diverse experience in the financial services and accounting sectors. At NVR, Inc., from April 2016 to June 2023, Kelly served as a Closing Officer, managing customer loan portfolios and conducting settlements while educating clients about title insurance. Prior experience at Citi included roles as an Underwriter and Negotiator, focusing on loan application analysis and client consultations. Earlier positions included being a Bridge Team Specialist handling delinquent loans and an Accountant at UnitedHealthcare, where financial reporting and auditing were primary responsibilities. Kelly began a career in 1998 as a Department Coordinator at Hughes, coordinating support for technical staff and vendor relations. Education was completed at San Joaquin Delta College between 1993 and 1997.
