Paula Scott is an experienced professional with a diverse background in creative management and production. Currently serving as the Creative Director & Manager at McMaster Students Union since July 2019, Paula oversees various creative initiatives. Prior to this role, Paula accumulated significant experience at adidas Group from September 2005 to February 2019, holding positions including Production Manager, where responsibility included managing daily operations for a large custom apparel manufacturing division. Additional roles at adidas involved supervising the art department and working as a graphic designer, focusing on customer art approvals and designing uniform graphics. Paula's earlier career includes a position as Customer Service & Sales Coordinator at Michael's Equipment. Paula holds a diploma in Graphic Design from Conestoga College and has completed various marketing courses at Mohawk College.
