Daina Welsh has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as a Mechanic Operations Specialist at McMaster-Carr since 2014. In addition, Daina has held a server position at Houlihans since January 2013, where notable achievements include being named Employee of the Month in August 2013, demonstrating strong multi-tasking abilities in a high-volume environment. Prior roles include sales at D.K.P Web Design, focusing on SEO packages and web design services, and earlier positions as a hostess and temporary employee at Houlihan's Restaurants and the American Diabetes Association, respectively. Daina holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from William Paterson University of New Jersey, earned in 2013, and graduated from Somerville High School in 2008.
