Steve Chilinski has extensive work experience in the field of business development and sales management. Steve most recently served as the Director of Business Development at McLeod Software starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Sales Development Manager at SmartRecruiters from 2022 to 2023 and at Transflo from 2021 to 2022. Steve also held the role of Regional Account Manager at Transflo from 2020 to 2021. Steve's longest tenure was at Trimble Transportation/TMW Systems, where they started as a company SDR and eventually became the Sales Development Director. During their time at Trimble Transportation, they were responsible for growing the company's SDR team and achieving significant sales growth, generating over $340 million in new name sales.

Steve Chilinski holds an MBA in Management and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University. Steve also has a BA in Communications from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Steve has obtained a certification in HubSpot Academy Sales Software from HubSpot Academy.
