Alison Garza, CTB, has extensive experience in customer support and admissions management. Currently serving as Customer Support Team Lead at McLeod Software since April 2016, Alison previously held the position of Director of Admissions at Collegiate Admission & Retention Solutions from September 2008 to February 2016, where responsibilities included managing a team of advisers to boost enrollment productivity and conducting weekly training sessions. Prior to that role, Alison worked as a Senior Reporter at Construction DataFax, Inc. from May 2003 to September 2008, overseeing a team of reporters and implementing training programs to enhance productivity. Alison holds an Associate of Science in Business Management from Sullivan University, earned between 2009 and 2011.
